Our founder, Thomas Randolph Higgs, started as a small, home-based business and later acquired an office building on Main Street in Boerne, Texas, where he focused on farm & ranch properties. In 2010, Clover Properties began selling real estate virtually, allowing us to keep up with the times. Today, Clover Properties is a family-owned agency with Amber and Travis Higgs as owners and Dave Howell as the Designated Broker.
